What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a psychotherapy method that helps people heal from trauma and adverse life experiences. PIT is a trauma therapy that helps people heal from childhood trauma and developmental immaturity. It integrates elements of multiple therapy approaches to help people identify and challenge their negative core beliefs and coping mechanisms, and to learn new skills for managing emotions, building relationships, and living fulfilling lives. PIT is effective for a variety of mental health conditions.
